Hi everybody Im form montreal canada

I bought a bike kit, and I think I've got a track kit.

there is a difference between track and road kit ?
when I received my kit, the cutting measure 27 1/4 dont work
caliper rubs the inside of the rim(deep dish ultralight 7x13)
my yamaha headers can not be installed. the frame is not the same as seen on the video
my wheel arch is not wide enough because the z-car frame is 4 inch wider than stock frame
the front shock was not good.
the engine support lack of precision

many problems someone can help me
there is an explanation for all problems?
Thanks
Redj

Looks to me like you have the Volvo/ vtec kit don't look like a bike engine kit to me bike kits have a v cut out for the exhaust have a look at some builds on here

Later bike frames don't have the "V" for the exhaust, the manifold is a special Z-Cars product that goes around the side of the engine low on the right hand side

all the kits I've seen on the web seems to have the same width as the original rear frame
but the one I got is 4 inches wider.

so I think I have a track kit .

I wonder if anyone would have the dimensions
inside the
Sport Pack 13x6 wheel just to compare with my ultralight 13x7

thanks

definately looks a race orientated kit. The way the engines now mount you wouldn't want the standard headers under the car like that anyway, you'll have no clearance.

We're running an R1 in ours if you get stuck just shout....................

Just a thought but why don't you ring zcars and ask them ? Is it me or is that not the obvious thing to do?
