For anyone interested........the MINI WRC debut of the new works team is this weekend - Rally Italy, Sardinia, 5th – 8th May, highlights on Motors TV (or ESPN showing every day and the the live stage on Sunday).

First showing of the Day 1 highlights on Motors TV is at 22.30 on Friday.

i'm still torn on the production model this is based from, but that is one MEGA looking car, cool for mini to be back in rally!

Dani Sordo is braced for an exciting summer after he marked his return to the World Rally Championship with sixth place in the lead MINI John Cooper Works WRC on Rally d'Italia Sardegna today (Sunday)
Although Sordo made it to the finish in sixth overall, Meeke was a non-starter on day three to allow his team to further investigate the throttle problem that caused the Briton to go off the road on the opening day when he was running in fourth place.
