Yes mate, it came free with 'Model Collector' magazine back in the early 90's. I know because I bought the magazine just to get the model mini price guide

I'd take the guide prices with a pinch of salt nowadays though. Back then, model collecting meant trudging around the country visiting various toy fairs to find that 'rare' model you'd been after for years. Now, you just look on ebay
