Hi all,
I've just acquired a 12g938 head. I didn't know what one was but apparently it's an ST version of the 940 with thicker walls. (Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!)
It has 35.6mm inlet and 31mm exhaust valves and they both appear to be the short variant a la later 'S' engines.
The ports appear to be slightly modified too, especially the exhaust.
The valves are marked up AEA 764 for the inlet and AEA 765 for the exhaust. A quick online search turned up a reference for the exhaust valve but there is nothing at all for the inlet.
Can anybody help with identifying this particular setup?
I also need to get hold of a replacement exhaust valve. Mini Spares don't seem to have exactly the right one and I don't really want to have to buy a full set as the rest are all OK.
Any ideas?

Hi Bumperchaser,
I know this is an old thread but I have 4 each of those valves and was trying to find out more info about them.
Did you ever find any information on them?
Or does anyone else know the spec of these valves?
All the best,
Clive
