I've just bought one like that one you linked, for £1.20 + £6.99 postage.
I've also got one of the 'car key spy cameras' which are great. Excellent quality for about £5 - £6 all inc.

i have 2 types 1st is one that i use in my RC planes called a flycamone
these hold a standard sized SD card and record videos with sound and takes a photo every so many seconds depending what you set it to here is a Link to model rc shop where i got mine had it a few years and works great, never used it on the mini, for this i have been using my smartphone, i have a HTC desire which runs android and there is a free app called daily roads voyager, this basicaly records the view the phone has through the window when attached to a phone holder and continualy cycle records so dont run out of space on sd card and only keeps the last 2 files when i ask it to handy if you have an accident as it can be used by insurance companys to pin who is at fault
and as the vids in HD withor without sound is a prime bit of software to use at the next track day or when your out ad about
here is a screen shot

and a link to app clickky the flycam will also do the same
here is a old vid of the flycam in action in my plane

those little cameras are quite good! if they fall off/ break its not the end of the world either,
go pro cameras are excellent, but there a good few hundered, you can just tape the cheapones to the bumper, or roof or wherever and get some good footage, whether it be on track, or Back road blasting

Even cheaper, I have one, it's pretty good. Just make sure you get a good quality named brand memory card, otherwise the recordings can be quite glitchy.
Click here for a video recorded with mine.
