why me

i cleaned my car yesterday and polished it took me nearly 2 hours to do... and now it pi##ing down with rain. what a waste of time.

Well its not a total waste.. the polish will help protect it still!

i think the rain beading off can make the car look pretty smart to be honest :grin:

my everyday bike had polished wheels (not just the rims!) polished rearsets, swingarm and foot plate, was a pain in the ass in winter!!!

best thing is just wash it and protect it and leave it be I think.

yep, with ya there mate...my bikes dying in the salt!!, my exhaust has had 4 painting sessions in 2 months, i hate rusty stuff lol(dont ask my why i bought a mini!)

Jus washed mine! and it looks like it's gonna rain! ah well! least she's bee washed n polished!

anyway i found the best car shampoo was halfords.... much better than any i've tried before.

which one from halfords? i found one this morn in halfords, that is quick drying, and has the polish in the shampoo?? i dint understand how it would work, but it did, has given some good results!! cant say the result is much different to using autoglym shampoo and then polish....only difference is my arm hurts less!!! hehehehe

It's called halfords advance and much better then auto glym.
