Right well I would just like to open this thread up to let others now how useless this company are.

I took out a policy with them April time when my old policy with sabre ran out. Now this is kinda confusing so bare with me.

As it goes Sabre and Peter James use the same broker 'Close Premium Finance' So when I canceled the old insurance my dad canceled the direct debt with them.

But for some reason as my dad canceled the direct debt with Sabre it also canceled the direct debt with Peter James (because it comes though the same broker) after they took the first payment out.

Anyway then I had a letter from Peter James saying they wanted to sort the direct debt out and then charge me £40 extra because of this. Which I am NOT PAYING as they have buggered it up!

Anyway basically after writing them letters they still haven't sorted this out and today sent me a letter saying they have canceled my policy. Even though have have taken the first out of 3 payments they were meant too.

So yea basically after them giving a really good impression at Bingley they have been a complete let down.

Sorry about this rant but its bloody annoyed me!!!!!

I sold my mini in april and have returned my insurance doc's to them as requested. Still not had a re-fund. Will be contacting again tomorrow. Every time I phone, it just seems to ring out and go 'un answered.

In fairness theyve been good to me :/

I sent of my agreed value docs and they never sent me back confirmation but on contacting them they sent a revised schedule straight away
