what is the best way to do this?
i want to do it cheap, so at my house prob on drive

cheapest way of doing it is the roller method using rustoleum, i would make sure you have the car under something like a tent / gazebo when doing this just to keep it out of the wind and the rain.

erm, if u want to try and get a reasonable job id suggest maybe an oil free air compressor (could be quite expensive) and a gun for that probably about £30 cud do a reasonable job..
it is esential to do the prep properly and ensure u degrease the car with chemical..i have used final finisher.
you will also want to keep it out of the weather which will casue inperfections in the paint.. i always find dust to be the biggest issue in the garage, this may help.. but im not sprayer this is just how i have sprayed small items.
