Hi running 1275 found to have poor power when cold on checking timing with vacuum advance off will be spot on 10 deg normal engine temp .But on checking timing cold found timing moved right back to 2 deg warm up and timing slowly moved back to 10 deg .Dizzy was on points now with electric conversion kit on but just the same with both .Is it time for a new dizzy or timing chain ?????????????????

Probably the engine speed is faster when it's hot........... 10 degrees sounds quite a lot - unless the mechanical advance is kicking in - which I suspect it is!
