Hello, looking at getting a new grille and some grille buttons. Are they good? how do i fit them?

I've seen on Huddersfield spares that theres a deluxe version that doesn't crush the grille. Is there much point getting the deluxe version and do the normal ones actually crush the grille?

What are peoples opinions and advice on this?.

Also wouldn't mind seeing a couple pictures of your minis with these fitted.

I wouldn't be without mine, they make taking the grille off so much quicker and easier.

Basically, they bolt through the metal at the sides of the grille opening on the front panel which leaves the threaded bar poking out between the grille slats, I'm not sure what you mean by the deluxe version, but mine have rubber washers on the buttons so they don't damage the grille.

Where do these 'connect' too?

I mean do you need to add anything behind the grill? if memory serves me correctly, it isn't (at least on my spi) symmetrical as standard
