Not sure where to post this but as the mini community is generally quite a small and friendly bunch of people I feel I should warn you about this TMF member.

We arranged a carb swap through the forums way back -March 22nd. I posted my carb to him a few days later and have never recieved his carb in return.

I did manage to contact him via telephone and he told me that there had been a sudden death in the family - understandable that posting my carb wasnt top of his priorities.

Its now June 5th - still no carb and he doesnt answer his phone nor reply to text messages.

Now there is a chance that he is forgetful and could be genuine however I think I've been patient enough. I wont post his personal details on a public forum but he is trading from a workshop in Southend. If any of you would like further details then PM me.

Brett if you do read this then get in touch and send me the carb. As they say what goes around comes around.

Mods you feel this inappropiate or misplaced then please move/delete it.

This has now arrived! It appears it was posted on June 4th. There is no rebuild kit in the box (which was supposed to come with it) but the carb and maniflod are here.

Mods please archive/delete as appropiate.
