I just read your other topic about the carb and poor performance. My 998 auto will do more than 62 mph! You really need to get this sorted before you splash out your hard-earned cash on a replacement torque converter.
yep iv put on a hif44 carb sounds a lot better but now i can not find out if its worked

done all that turned the tickover right up and down on 1/2 turns trying to get drive disconected both cables to choke and excel incase they were interfering still no joyIs the engine running and idling OK (not too fast) when in park and neutral? A poorly running engine may cause the same problem. With any auto transmission problem it's always a good idea to change the oil if it's been in for a while and make sure that it's topped up correctly.
