I am interested in buying one of those Autok handrake devices but wanted some advice on what size would be suitable.
I have an early Mk 1 Morris Mini . There are two versions of the lock. A larger one and a smaller one.
Unfortunately at the moment the car is being restored and does not have the handbrake mechanism installed
so I can't do any measurements. I have trying to contact the company direct but without luck.
Has anyone used one on an early mini ? Do any of the sizes fit ? If so, which one ?
Thanks

Some details here:

But in all the 'What Car' type anti-theft product tests they have been shown to be weak and easily overcome in seconds...........you would be better off with something like a Thatcham approved 'Disklok' for your steering wheel which hold up to theft attack well in tests.

i bought one of those for a mk1 with the magic wand gear lever and because the gear lever is so far forward of the handbrake it was no good.

My mom used to have a Halfords equivalent of one of those. It was a bugger to get off even with the key

Thanks to everyone for their input. The responses were fantastic.

I wsas hoping to get some comfort finding a product/s that will keep my

mini safe. I am now even more insecure about my mini being stolen !!!!

I use the full steering will cover lock disclok as linked to above, works a treat on my stock steering wheel but imagine not be good if have a thin or wooden type older wheel.
I also have and alarm/immobiliser for peace of mind.
