ok so today i removed the OVERSILLS and oh dear i need full inner sill the lenght of both sides. i have no idea on where to cut and such but i was thinking i could replace the front floor pans and then just buy a repair panel for the rear, can anyone put any pics up of there mini with the whols cut thsnkd neil

I did fabricate this inner sill section in two pieces due to my folder at work not being long enough to do a full length inner sill.

that is a great help thanks neil i am unsure now as i also need to replace the rear subframe mount panel i think i will do this first and then do the inner sills and then the outer sills and the floor pans and then me car will be done.... if only it was that simple lol

You can replace just the end sections of the heel board as many on the forum have done, me i changed the complete heel board with a Heritage part. Quite straight forward just be careful with taking some measurements first otherwise it is possible to get things out of place.
