To all those that have had dealings with Kerry Cox over the last few years, and if you were thinking of going to the Northern Mini and Retro ride show please read on

This is a follow on from the Kerry Cox thread from last year were she was doubted for giving money to a sick boy (or something like that anyway)

Long story short some enquiries were made over the mini obsession "Charity" calendar and the letter posted from "Help for heroes".

This morning Kerry has been charged by Louth police with 4 counts of fraud and 1 count of theft and is due in court on the 12th July 2011.

I understand this has been a long investigation by Louth police.

The above is factual and true and I have been told by Louth police that i can release this information

That was me typing in a rush and wacked the wrong buttons, no its July 12th 2011, She has been charged today and in court in a few weeks

Myself and many other people i know are unfortunate enough to of had dealings with her in the past, if this is 100% fact then let’s hope justice is done, that’s all i will be saying on the matter.

As this affects many from TMF I thought it was best to check with the police what we are allowed to put on a public forum and their response is:

We can confirm that Kerry Cox has been charged with these offences and is due to appear in court on 12th July.

As this is a matter of public record, it is already in the public domain, so should be fine to be published on your website. One thing to be careful of however is to enter into comments and opinions on the case, which could ultimately lead to contempt of court. As long as the information you publish at this stage is purely factual, you should be ok.

Quick update:

Kerry Cox appeared in Skegness Court on the 12th July 2011 charged with 4 counts of fraud and 1 of theft, Upon calling the court on 01754 898 848 we were told

"CPs asked for an adjournment, it will be because they have more evidence to enter or maybe more charges, she was not asked to enter a plea"

This next court hearing is on 2nd September 2011

This will be the last update until trial:

Kerry Cox appeared in Skegness court on the 2nd September 2011 charged with 4 counts of fraud and 1 of theft relating to the miniobsession charity calendar. Kerry Cox is yet to enter a plea and this is now set for trial on the 28th October 2011 in Skegness crown court.

I have to check with the court how many seats the public gallery has as there is already a large number of people planning to attend to see the outcome and the details of the trial, please pm me if you intend on coming and i can let you know the details.

Hey Guys, Wow long time no update...

OK it turned out the 28th October was yet another Administration hearing, there was then another hearing on the 23rd December when it was set to Crown..

So that bring us to now..

Kerry Cox, who is charge with 4 counts of fraud and one of theft has a "Standby" slot for crown court next week, So hopefully the court will become free so this can be sat and the matter finally be dealt with.

I will keep all updated of the outcome

I've had an update on this, thanks to Daz.

On the 22nd December 2011, Kerry cox pleaded "not guilty" to 3 counts of fraud at Lincoln Crown Court.

The court case is on the reserve list to be heard at Lincoln between 23rd and 27th April 2012.

Will post up when I have more Information.

Just to bring this up to date....

The case is being heard next week and is expected to last for 3 days!!

It Starts on the 3rd of December and as soon as we hear anything it will be posted up on here!!

The case has been rescheduled for the 11th of March, more news as it happens!!

I'm afraid that we can't update this yet as the case is now  "Report restricted" and there is very little information available.  However something we can say is that Carl Cox(the defendents husband) has been charged with "Witness Intimidation"
