Hi,
as long as the mini is a shell you can, if you are moderately gifted in the muscle dept, lift one end on and then do the other. Mine is on and off all the time due to working outside and I have to do it on my own mosy of the time.

just lift it onto a few wheels and then u should be able to lift it that little bit further without all the strain of lifting it from the ground

I jacked the shell up just above the normal spit height. Then lowered it onto the spit frames.

Dragging up an old thread....
How do you get the shell centered on the spit so it is neutrally balanced? As in when you roll it, it doesn't want to roll back to it's up right position. Are there any measurements I need to know or is it just a case of trial & error with spacers to get it right?

I'm in Canterbury & work in Maidstone, where are you?
Also what is the best length pole so it's long enough to take the car but not take up too much room in the garage?

I live in Sittingbourne, presumably you come along the A249 every day!
I've got a scaffolding pole in the garage you can have to run through the centre of the car!
My car isn't perfectly balanced, but you are more than welcome to come and see what I've done!
