i brought this engine all ready striped down as i wanted the jack knight gear box that was with it
now the engine is surplus to requirement but could be the base for a high performance for a fast road mini
it only came with 3 pistons but these can be got from mini spares http://www.minispare...=...7422&title=
the cylinder bores look to be in good condition
as do the pistons and rings there is a duplex timing chain and gear set
the cam that came with the engine is a kent 286 cam stamped kcmd286 and all lobes look good
also the crank looks to be good
i think all the parts are there to rebuild minus 1 piston and gearbox
as i dont know the history of this engine there is no guarantee or warranty offered
