not yet, thats the 1st set, and they are now in the box thats going to the USA tomorrow, i bet you cant guess where in the USAcan't really picture what they look like, have you got any pictures of them on a mini ?

They are made to one of our American customers specification, the 1st 2 sets are now on there way over there 
they are narrower than the mexico's and dont have a 'Group 2' lip

no they wont use the standard arch holes, but are simply screwed or riveted on.
upto 8 x 13's, but that is dependant on your brake choice, wheel offest and subframe set up.
