Im wondering (well its an assingmnet actually) how cotton air filters are put together, (mainly the layers) and what rubber is used to hold it all together?
Im also looking for infor on metal gauze, foam and paper filter manufacturing methods.
Any info would be apreciated.

think your best bet would be to ask k&n or pipercross etc although they might be against telling you because that is thier business secrets have a search on how stuff works there might be some info there
