guy on locostbuilders has been trying for 3 weeks now to create an account.

this is from his thread on locostbuilders:

I have tried registering under 4 different logins, 4 different passwords and 3 different emails. Every time (must be 20 odd times now) I am told my registration is successful and to await a validation email ... which never comes! The reason for all the different login/password/email is that after a couple of days my registration magically vanishes.

I cannot use the features on the site without validating my registration. If I try to post or contact anyone I am told That I am not permitted to. I have tried emailing the administrators directly but no reply.

The odd thing is that every day there are new members introducing themselves. So obviously it works for some.

if you need the email address he used as well i can PM it, just dont want to post on an open forum.

I'd check the spam filter on him email. I used to use a client for multiple email addresses I have and it had (unknown to me) its own filtering rules set as default that blocked a lot of forum emails.


I can only imagine its that..like you said, lots of people sign up each day.
