He says that he has restored it and has put a photo of how it was orignally. But when you look at the picture is it not a forign numberplate?

Just abit strange really, Its like he's trying to pass it off as some work he hasnt acahully done

It looks like one of the pictures is a old one previously saved from ebay as it has the camera mark in the bottom right corner but the rest don't...

It's an Isle of Man number plate. It's entirely possible that the Mini has at some point been registered there. I would ask the seller for a bit of information bout the history of the Mini.

Did you message the person advertising the car and ask for an explanation? They might be able to explain it all and be perfectly legit and above board. If that's the case, its a bit unfair to jeopardise their sale?

The rebuild pictures do look genuine as the background looks the same and the older pic could of been what it looked like on the ebay ad when seller bought it. However it's still worth questioning where the seller says they bought it from ect...

The yellow one has bucket seats and different rear side windows...

...still, he could have just changed them in the rebuild.
