You have to remove the radius arm first.

So whats stuck, I presume the nuts off ??

Have you tried stilsons or mole grips on the large disc end of the pin. Also you may find an angle grinder spanner will fit in the two holes in the disc end.

Twisting the pin should free it off.

Have you undone the subframe trunnion from the car ??

You need to drop the subframe do you not....so the pin clears the body work.

the pin is stuck and the nut is off...

I take it you need to give it a good smacking with the special tool no1 to release it?

Even better if its off, grinder spanner or stilstons should shift it. Once its starts to turn should be a doddle. If hitting anything hit the face of the disc bit should shock it free if rusted up.

The subframe has been powder coated or is going to be?

If it already done then it is likely that either the powder coat has stuck the pin in place or the baking process has melted the bushes and 'glued' them to the pin. Perseverance will be the order of the day.
I wouldn't like to say how long the powdercoating will survive for if it has got to all the surfaces because the pin is still in place.

If the powder coating hasn't been done yet then it will be rust on the pin that's holding it. As said, try twisting it to free it. Douse it in penetrating fluid for a day or so too. If you're replacing the pin the a hammer on the threaded end should solve it, but don't do that if you intend to re-use.

the subframe was coated with the pin in but i had covered the trunnion and bushes up forgot hand.

Does this make it more differcult then?

I dont mind about nackering the pin as it will need replacing anyway as the thread is nackered.
