Left my Mini on the drive last night (something I don't often do as I like to lock her up).

Woke up to find she'd been broken into (no too much damage on the locks / handles) and that the idiot who did it had
no idea what he was up to. All the wiring for the indicators and wipers had been pulled out, the wiring behind the dash for the radio
had all been mangled (although the radio is still there), he'd had a go at the ignition barrel to no effect but had then snapped off
both the indicator and wiper switches and shoved something in there thus mangling all that wiring too.

I'm guessing drunk idiot who thought he'd get an easy steal and a joy ride home.
But didn't have his brain with him once he actually got into the car. (let's face it, it's not that hard to hot wire an unprotected Mini).

Fixed all the radio electrics but the wiring for the indicators / wipers and the switches are gone for good so now need a whole new indicator / wiper set up.

If anyone has one in need of a new home please let me know 'because they are serious money from Minispares and like hens teeth on eBay.

Best wishes
Monty

i have some that i will swap for a set of clock faces if interested? only down side is that when you push the wiper stalk down it does not operate the wipers, however the 2 wiper speed's work fine as do all the other functions.

PM me if interested

Twisty
