the last two are crappy cell phone pics sorry. but they are the only pics i have of the new wheels.

Car specifics:
1988 Austin Mini Sprint (actually registered as this on v5)
4" roof chop 2" body chop
Complete MPI wire loom with all factory relays and switches
MPI engine with side mount aluminum radiator (standard Mpi radiator would not fit due to body chop)
Rayvern Hydraulics system- currenltly only have front and rear control set up. working on control box to increase functions.
Rear, Side and Door windows replaced with polycarbonate glass.
One off black/ creme leather interior with matching front/rear seats, door cards, and dash.
Fiberglass "bubble" dash (standard dash with gauges will no longer fit in stock location)

Im probably missing some things so if you guys have any questions feel free to ask

It took over 1000 hours of work to get the body the way it is. So if you took it to a really nice garage who were really nice and only charged you 25 pound an hour for labor then... well you can do the math.

Of course if you do it yourself. You will find it to be much cheaper.

I'll have your old wheels if you don't like them. I prefer Revolutions. LOve the chop. Have you got project photos. I started a chop once (1974) but was too young and inexperienced to finish it. Then I bought a 1488 drag mini with a roof chop and nearly all panels replaced with aluminium sheeting. Glitter paint job to finish.....holes drilled and punched everywhere for lightness....I wish I had had a camera then......I spent all my hard earned on the car. Welcome and keep us posted. Kev.

I understand. I went into this knowing that not everyone was going to like it. And thats ok. But im glad you like the exhaust. I wasnt fully sold on the looks at first but it has grown on me, and it is probably the best sound i have ever heard from a non turbo mini engine

It is a Zeemax hood from ABS Motorsports. Im not normally a fan of hoods like this but we had to use it or we couldnt run an intake filter :P

are you going to keep the hydralics suspension setup for when fitting the R1, it must weigh quite a bit?

the R1 motor is actaully quite light. lighter than the mini engine by quite a bit i just cant seem to find the numbers right now. but yes i plan on keeping the hydraulics. they just seem so perfect for this car. being as small as it is. it really doesnt look when it is jacked up like a normal has to be to get over bumps. so much easier to just put it up for a minute then slam it back down
