Huddusfield Mini Spares do a set of non genuine sportspack arches that claim to be the best non genuine ones around for a lot cheaper.

Just wondering if anyone has come across any better ones? Or ones to recommend as genuine ones are out of the question for a while.

Thanks a lot,
Anton

the genuine ones were to expensive for me but are very good aparently.

i bought the mini sport ones and have not yet fitted them. i wont be. from what i have heard they are rubbish. they are hard to fit because of their flexability due to the fact they are rubber and are also hard to paint because they move. dont buy them. what you want is the harder fiberglass ones. they will fit better and be easier to paint. as long as they are stiff you shouldnt have a problem. the ones from huddersfeild should be good. i will be scraping my rubber ones for those huddersfeild ones. hope thos helps

How do these differ? They are both the same width

The only difference is the premiums have captive inserts and bolts.

Hello my first try at this ......see what happens! I have JUST fitted a set of ABS MOTORSPORT SMOOTH SPORTPACK WHEEL ARCHES .....they arrived next day from ordering them and THEY FITTED. To anyone thinking of buying made in China ...floppy...ill fitting ...but CHEAP arches from the (I'm not sure you're allowed to name names) main mini dealer mini sp--- DON'T ....I wasted money time and have a lot of holes to weld up ....Graham Lamb ...note I have no commercial interest in ABS MOTORSPORT just want to help fellow mini owners out

Thanks Graham. We're all for naming names on here and for giving credit where it's due.
