Can anybody share some spec sheets for the MG Metro cam? just fancy giving it a read.

Lift on overlap: 0.054"
ID: 1/4" single groove bet. lobes 7 & 8

Do you know what the rpm power range of the cam is?

I believe it's 1500 - 6500rpm. Source
