Yep, my mate has some in his mini. Late 90s mr2 seats i think. Fit quite nice, not too big and don't catch anywhere. Just a case of making some brackets. And the rear runner is angled, not straight so it makes it a little harder to make the rear bracket than if the runner was straight but still not too difficult.

best seats i have had in a mini. so comfy and supportive. mini were mk 1 seats.

I have the later mk3 ones in mine and they are very comfy very good for rear acces as well, i'll find some pics if ya want?

That be great. Any chance of seeing how the frame is too? I really love the look of the newer ones.
Although I'm also considering seats from a Smart Roadster as you can put speakers in the head rest (and get my air vents back).

Thats settled it for me. Was watching a red set on fleebay but they finished unsold.
May try huntung them down.
