You should be able to just adjust them by hand once the car is jacked up, may have to apply a bit of pressure to the front wishbone/rear trailing arm. Upwards for the front and downwards for the rear.
Or just use a 32mm open ring spanner as above.

On HILO's there should be a lock nut which will prevent the shaft from turning...
If you can adjust them by hand then there's a bit missing.
Personally I use a pump wrench, one size fits all.

Genuine hi-los are 32mm i believe, however non genuines can be any size going! (Minisport adjusta rides = 1 inch AF.)i used a 32mm spannerJust post i guess

It's BIG! I know that. 32 sounds about right and I could turn mine by hand as well but it would do anything. The nuts should be tight together for it to adjust the ride height
