I believe there was a discussion about this a while ago, there was a japanese company that used to make them in the 90s but they no longer operate in the UK and their website is in Japanese and very broken English, you'd be very lucky to find them, the only feasible way would be to make them as a custom item, but there may be some still out there.

I've emailed them and awaiting reply.

Do you think it would be cheaper to pick up a set of 10'' wheels and chrome hub caps?
Only problem is would that effect your suspension or something if it should have 10'' as standard? Or would you just have to have bigger tyres?

Suspension will be ok but to fit 10" wheels you would have to convert to the smaller Cooper S front disc brakes..........a kit is available from Minispares approx £250.

I spoke to a guy at Croydon Minis about going down to 10" wheels and changing the disc brakes and he told me £900, i was in shock.

Finally got around to giving them a call, apparently they can't get them, they export to Turtle Trading, they dont import.
