Are you mounting the tweeter there as well? It would be better at the top of the dash by the A pillar.

I was going to put the tweeters in the dash rail as they are stack-able (http://www.vibeaudio...space-speakers/ video at the bottom).

Not always, some times at the sacrifice of stage height putting everything in the kick or down low on the doors can work.
2 benefits.
Path length is more even and a single source point for all (bar sub) frequencies.
So it can work, you should never really commit to a speaker install location until you've played around with positioning for a while. Bluetack is king.
I made this mistake on my latest install, i did play with positioning but with a lower spec tweeter from the same manufacturer i did this basically as i could not afford the tweeter i have now during the build phase. But the new tweeters are SO much different it does not work so well with them.

I had been playing around with where they should go, I decided hat if they all went to the bottom of the door it would look really chunky, so I thought of top of the dash rail is best. do you have any better suggestions?
thanks!

Some of the marketing bullsh!t on that vibe site makes me laugh.
VIBE Audio’s unique 3D system features a separate Midrange and Tweeter, which can be combined to produce a 360° 3 dimensional sound stage.
yeah OK if you say so. LOL
Still its the best of budget kit by a long way and good value, but if they were a bit more honest it might help the more audiophile types take them more seriously.
Just give real RMS rates, and honest frequencies plots not all these made up words!

Put them where they sound right, not where they look right... as long as you can still use the car and they are safe.
