Hi,
I'm thinking about getting some new seats in my Mini because I'm pretty tall (and still getting taller), but I have a couple of questions:
Do the subframes usually supplied with Cobra Classics just bolt on the the floor or it is welding required?
Do the subframes allow for easier/more seating position adjustment (backwards and forwards) than original subframes?
Do they tilt forward enough to get passengers in the back?
Finally, do they need 4 points or will standard seatbelts reach?
Cheers :)

Do the subframes usually supplied with Cobra Classics just bolt on the the floor or it is welding required? Uses original bolts at the cross member, and clips into the back rail, no need for welding or anything
Do the subframes allow for easier/more seating position adjustment (backwards and forwards) than original subframes? Yes, haven't had a problem with adjustability
Do they tilt forward enough to get passengers in the back? If your passengers don't mind squeezing in.. to be honest it's easier to climb through the middle
Finally, do they need 4 points or will standard seatbelts reach? I have standard seat belts, works fine :D
Cheers :)

yes they bolt on to the original seat brackets on the cross member and they lock into place on the original seat retaining bars bolted onto the floor.
no they slide forward and back but they do not ti dont lt up or down
providing you don't carry round huge passengers
no i run standard belts and they work just fine
