How many liters of oil does an Mpi take? Do I need a special seal for the oil drain? It's been about 2 years since I've done a change.....but don't worry because the car has been sitting most of the time, only done a maybe 200 miles, and the oil still looks good but I'm going to change it anyway because of the time that has passed.

i think its about 5 liters can you will need i think thats the halfords classic oil and you have little left over. if the oil is black then it should really need to be changed and its only a copper washer i would of thought it be the same for all mini engines anyways

5 litres should be plenty. Be sure to replace the copper seal on the sump plug with a new one, or you'll surely get a tiny leak from it.
