Hello! New to the website so I figured I'd introduce myself... First time driver (little under 1 year ago I passed - and straight away threw myself behind the wheel of a classic Mini!), driving a Rover Mini 1275cc 35th Anniversary, diamond white. She's a nippy little runner, keeping steadily on top of the work that needs doing. Beautiful cars, aren't they? As I said, new to this but I'll try and keep up! Hoping to head out to some shows next year, seeing as I've missed most of them this year!

I've had her for a few months now and she's been a dream car to have! Even if things go wrong with the car, you don't mind doing the work yourself, do you? It's great. My Dad, when he was younger, worked on tonnes of Mini's in a garage he used to work at, so he obviously helps me whenever I need anything doing. Since owning her she's had three panels replaced (had to take her to a garage for that though), a completely new set of tyres and then small things like new trim, fuse box etc. As I say though, beautiful car to own. Shame I can't get these pictures up!

Hello, as per facebook haha. Can't wait to see it!
It's easier if you use photobucket and then put the link on this forum to the photos, hope that helps.
It's nice to hear someone so enthusiastic about their mini, hope it brings you much mini happiness

Sorry about the late reply, something to do with lack of notifications - think I needed to tick a few boxes. Hopefully working now!
I'll give the photobucket method a go!
Yeah, I'm a first time driver, but I really am fond of this car!! I've been in a few of my mates cars but none are as fun as the Mini!
I love looking at her and seeing what work needs doing etc, although the money side of things can sometimes be a bit grim! I keep steadily on top of work that needs doing though, so she's not in bad shape at all! I'll get many more years out of her yet!
Hoping to get to a few shows next year! Fingers crossed!
