Hi all today i finished off modifying and building my vizrad HS4 carb took the car out its a lot more responsive but was running what seemed a little rich this was this afternoon so i changed the needle to the one that came out of the carb that the car has been running spot on for the past 5 months took it out again, its even worse doesn't like to idle and is smoking really bad i know this is probably from it being way too rich. the needle thats in now is a AAC i think and the one i had in this morning was a AAV has anyone got any ideas on what could be wrong??? ill put the other needle back in tomorrow and see what happens cant do it now as the garage is gassed out :withstupid:

many thanks Liam

I use a AAA on mine, how much work did you do to the carb?

You just cut the spindle or you hack a load out the carb body too?
