footman james or peter james. Both have given me dirt cheap quotes in the past and have struggled to come across many people that compete. Especially if you are a younger or newer driver.

£2100 for a 1.0 ltr Corsa although this is fully comp with breakdown cover as well. Scott has had quotes from both Footman and Peter James for 998 and 1275 both have been around the £815 to £850 mark.

To be perfectly honest both of these companies seem to blow hot and cold with their quotes. One minute they are cheap and then within a few weeks they change drastically. Its the same for the normal insurance market.

Imagine paying £3400 for a 1.2 Corsa Comfort. That extra 200cc's was worth an extra 1400 over a 1.0ltr so go figure.

women do have lower insurance than men but that is a huge difference it could be what you use it for

Another insurance thread. Awesome. Women drivers always get cheaper insurance for the fact that their claims are apparently smaller than men's on average.

You have to phone up to get a quote is most instances. They wanted £660 for a 1275 at 17 for me.
