Hi

I've always wanted to do a Mini 16V conversion, but never really had the time so I took a shortcut and bought captainjack's (16vminiclub forum member).

Now I have a 1.6 16V mini just like my wife's............

I'd like to use it as a daily so there are a few jobs I'd like to do before driving it.

First job was to sort out the 'complex' wiring behind the dash and get the ECU actually attached to something.

Removed all this wiring.

Making a bit more progress on the dash.

Decided to mount the Koso dash on the steering column just like the modern mini.

Just waiting for a new heater matrix then might try and get some insurance and start driving it.
