
Mini Icecream Van Conversion Help! Resteration Nightmare!

Im currently restoring an original batman special mini icecream van conversion done by whitby morrison in the late 70's.
I wounder if any one has any technical info regarding the modifications done to the pick up shell or any photos of one? As im wanting to restore it back to as near original as poss.
Any help is greatly recived!

If you don't know either of those numbers then it might be worth calling Whitby Morrison to ask is they have a record of their old conversions. You might find you'll be able to get the relevant info from them and then send away for the log book.

Ive also tried to contact the very original owners of the van as it was owned by a fairly succesful italian family who owned ice cream parlours but the family sold there last ice cream parlour about 10 years ago and the only other member of the family ive managed to trace is now a barber an never had any thing to do with the families ice cream company.
