Hi guys!
Wondering if anyone can help... I'm desperate to finish my engine build. I bought a carb I believed to be an inch and a half HS4. Turns out I ended up with a a HS4 from a twin setup. I ordered parts from Su and have kinda converted it to a single so the cables can operate on the usual side but it's just not going to work for me, abutment plate for starters needing to be a mirror image of the usual plate. Plus, I think it's too small for the engine anyway... it came with a good spec engine I bought in bits, and I was stupid enough to not realise.
I'm desperate to finish my engine build and hear it run finally, but with all the messing about, i'm struggling to finish money wise, and i'm off to uni for a 5 year course next week, so will have no money to spend on finishing the build.
Has anyone got a 1.5 inch hif44 I can put on my inlet maniold? Or a 1.75" HIF44 on the 1.75" inlet manifold?
Please let me know if you may have something. I desperately want to be able to pop a carb on and finally hear it run before I go, but I just can't find one the right price.
Let me know what you have, and how much you want, and i'll let you know if I can afford it!
Thank you in advance!
Please help! Hehe

- Is it 1.5" or the more common 1.75"?
- What's the condition like?
- Is it with an inlet manifold?
- Everything there ready to bold onto the head or an inlet manifold?
If you can get back to me about the above, I'll let you know what I can do money wise

Hi sorry, been really busy running around not checking back on things
Its definitely a 1.75 Hif44. Condition is very clean, came off a running mini. I could include a inlet manifold. I can fish through and find the bits needed to bolt it up
Let me know what price range your looking at via pm
