ive noticed ive got a bent tie rod, its been like that since i brought my mini, i was wondering what will this do , because i was thinking about replacing both

Firstly it'll alter the suspension, usually pulling the wheel forward and changing the track...
Secondly, it'll fail an MOT if presented with a bent tie rod.
