Is this pin supposed to be a press fit through the arm and act as an axel for the roller? If so, start with the things that "do no harm".

Remove the arm and degrease it using something like brake cleaner. You want to remove the pin completely and degrease both it and the inside of the roller. When everything is clean and dry, reassemble the pin and roller into the arm but leave the pin sticking out like when you observed the problem. Put a drop of Loctite-680 (green) or Loctite-271 (red) on the place where the pin is sticking out of the arm. On the other side of the arm where the hole is that the pin goes into, do the same. Now finish pressing the pin in to full depth and wipe off the excess. Give the Loctite overnight to cure and then put the arm back in the engine.

Loctite-680 is made for fitting bearings to shafts so it is a good candidate. Loctite-271 is for permanent fastener assembly. It is harder than -680 and nearly impossible to remove.

Thank for that, do you think I will need to take the head off and fit a new gasket or will I get away with slightly loosening the front head bolts and then remove the rockers. Its annoying because they have only done 2000 miles.

I have not worked with roller rockers so I cannot give you a definitive answer. However, on "regular" rockers you should be able to loosen all the valve adjusters, remove the split pins and washers from the end of the rocker shaft, remove the screw securing it to the rocker shaft to the pedestals... then slip the shaft out one end or the other to remove the rocker arms. Again, I don't know if that is possible with your roller rockers.
