Rover Mini 92 Black Magic?

i just bought a black rover mini 92 and the guy that i bought it from told me it was a type called black magic but i can't find anything about a mini called black magic, and i don't know what type my mini is.

PMF is the standard Rover Mini black

Black Magic serie doesn't exist.

But there was the JET-BLACK limited edition..that kicked in the 1988 if i recall correctly..

Don't limited editions just run for a small amount short period though, hence limited edition ? So by 1992 Jet-Blacks would have been done and dusted

Oh yeah the "Black Magic" special edition mini!! This must have been one of those end of line specials, where the dealer threw in a box of choccies to get you to buy it and also to help get it off his forecourt!! Other models in the range included the "Mini Milk Tray", the "Mini All Gold" and the "Mini Rose(s)".... :lol:

There are a number of special editions which are not UK models, like the Silverbullet, After Eight, Kensington, etc etc

As there's an After Eight, it would not surprise me if there are other confectionery based specials...

Unfortunately it does not, other than it's a Carbed 1300 LHD mini built @ Longbridge, possibly of cooper origin.
