Hi all,
new to the forum, pretty new to minis, got a '97 mpi, which I'm trying to understand more about mechanically as it appears to be of an age where things are staring to need replacing.
I'm hoping I can pick your brains on what's what and in return I'll sort of hang about looking pretty*

Hey jim! Welcome to mini forum 
I have an early mpi too. I've had to do a fair bit to mine too now, but at 15 years old now there aren't many cars that wouldn't want a bit of attention, and I like to know it's as good as I can realistically make it. There's masses of info on here should you ever get stuck. If you're able, get some photos or a project thread up.

Hmmm, smalls is a bit optimistic.
A pair got nicked the other day. Suprisingly Mrs Rustyli wasn't bothered about the knickers, it was the 14 pegs she wanted back.
