may be something simple but need help ,iv fitted upgraded lights from sealed beam units , checked them all when i installed them they all worked ,side,dipped and main, now side and main work but not dipped (normal driving lights) checked fuse and switch with multi meter , getting power through the switch to both posts but nothing at the end of wire , question do you think the upgrade could possibly burn the wire out after a short amount of time ie just to set the lights up
any suggestions would be helpfull as its doing my nut in now

well a quick up date , and loads of head scratching but finaly found the problem ,,,, a faulty stork / lever for the flash-main beam ,,
