Hi, I'm Popoeye. I'm new to the forum.
I just bought this mini and I pick it up tuesday. However I'm curious what it is exactly the owner doesn't really know. He thinks its a 71 or 72 but thats all I can get out of him. I'm an expat in Costa rica and my Spanish isn't that great, so its kin of difficult to ask to many questions. (I'm learning though) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

By the looks of it I'd say it's a MK1/2 estate or van that's been turned into a pick up.

If you load up some more pics via Photobucket we should be able to give you better idea of what year it is and wether it was a van or estate originally.

sounds good, thanks for that quick response. I'm actually picking it up Tuesday, (Lawyers have to get involved with a sale to an expat) but I'll definitely upload some pics. thank you again
