Fancy having 6 x 10 alloys and 165/70x10 look a bit round on the rim( if that makes sense). i remember in the the mid 90's I had a set of superlites they had a lovely set of square, crisp edged Bridgestones but they were either 12 or 13 inch

I know yoko recommend there a032r tyre for a max rim width of 5.5 anything more than that is Stretched. Dont think youll get around the round looking tyre on a 6 inch wide wheel for 10 inch. Not unless you run slicks.

On the tyre/wheel website, a 6" rim is specified as the maximum for a 165 section, so a 165/70 x 10 is OK on a 6" wide 10" dia wheel.
The only wider 10" tyres are for racing only and are not road-legal.

i run 165/70x10 on 10 x 7 inch wheels. I still think there slightly stretched on 6 inch wide wheels.
