Hey guys just picked up my silver 2004 Mini cooper S and am looking forward about learning all about it. The only thing I wish it had more of was just a little ..............actually a lot more straight line performance after trading in my 200 Camaro SS. Oh well I'm gonna work on it with info from many of the knowledgeable forums.

A quick read of the forum and you may have notice that we are more biased towards the Classic Mini, rather than the Bini ( as it's more commonly know over here )

However, if it's an S which means it has the supercharger, there are a number of performance mods available, look on the Minimania website, think one of the quickest ways is to change the pulley ratios, thus spinning the blower faster.

Other than that, await the barrage of sarcasm from other members... but enjoy your new purchase, and when you're bored with that start looking for a real mini, and you'll soon find out what driving pleasure is..
