Plus there would be no rent for a garage putting the prices up. once its built, its a spray booth/garage on wheels thats cheap.

have you thought about how your going to power a mobile spray booth, filtration and insurances, while the idea sounds good its going to be too expensive to take off.
1. purchase price of vehicle
2. cost of conversion
3. generator, compressor etc. etc.
4. fuel
5. your wage
6. public liability insurance
plus have you thought about how much you could charge to hire this out, i think this alone would put people off that is if your going to make any money from this venture, good luck though
just a few things for you to think about

Sounds a bit impractical to be honest, its going to take more than a day to prep, prime and spray a car.

yeah i know building it and stocking it with compressor etc is going to be expensive. but its very expensive get one built in a garage, and then you pay rent and expenses on the garage for as long as your in there. building a mobile one is going to be no more expensive than just one years rent.
Most people can do prep themselves, whats a bit of rubbing down and filling, especially if they have proberly built the car themselves.
And even at the end of it. if the mobile thing doesn't take off, i can park it up somewhere (i have a friend with a farm) and still use it for doing up cars.
And still without paying 10k a year for someone elses mortgage!!

Unless you plan on it being a 'slide out' like the yank motorhomes?
