Are you playing on PS3, Xbox360 or PC?
My PS3 YLOD about 8 months ago, and i havent replaced it yet (repair with a heat gun didnt go to plan!) And I really want to play it, but will have to wait until things that are taking priority are sorted before I can justify the PS3 buy. (unless I get one for my birthday on Thursday, but I doubt I will!)

I also got the limited edition one, which means that when the Strike at Karkand maps come out, I'm able to play on them

I also played the beta for PC. I've played ALL the battlefields that they have produced so far

But yeah, one good thing about it on PC is that I'm able to play on 64 player maps, which is nice. I won't cause any arguments by talking about graphics either, but you know.

It's pretty good online, and I've just started the campaign, which looks set to get pretty epic. I haven't played it much yet though.
As you can probably see, I'm a Battlefield over Call of Duty fan.

ive played all the battlefield games and had 1 & 2 on the PC. The rest on PS3. My mates are all COD so I got into that for a bit but ive always tried talking them into the BF side. Looks like they might be coming over to the dark side for this one though... it does look rather epic!
Really really wish I had a working PS3, or a PC capable of running in it well enough to play

I bought all three in one go as i didnt even have them and worked all my way through them. I found the controls and hit markers of one pretty poor and then Bfbc2 was glitchy as hell. I mean i was getting killed by gliches and guys not dying and helicopters and tanks not having anyone in them and driving about etc. Will start to play 3 soon. Do hope its not like 2
The Battlefield Bad Company series are not part of the battlefields before Battlefield 3.
The ones in the same series are Battlefield 2, Battlefield 1942, Battlefield Vietnam, Battlefield 2142.
The Bad Company series are the series of games that the company made to be competitive in the console market.
However, I do find that Battlefield 3 is disappointingly similar to the Bad Company series, so. I'm not sure anything will ever beat Battlefield 2 and pre games.
My housemate has bought BF3 for the PC. I've had a few goes on it, all i can say is that playing a first-person shooter using a keyboard is harder than eye surgery.
That's funny you should say that.. I find playing a FPS on console MUCH harder than on a keyboard and mouse. I'm much quicker with a mouse, and find that I can't get my aim right with an analogue stick. I 'spose it's what you're used to, and what you've practiced
