Getting abit tired of the 13X7 homeboy wheels. They are too heavy, give a real bumpy ride. But worst of all pull the car all over the place at the slightest camber/unevenness on the road (especially the motorway).

I am thinking about 10s but worry about them not filling out the arch. I know this depends on wheel offset. But considering the offset of my current "deep dish" i dont see any 10s filling the arch.

I have been thinking about 10x6 ultra lights /super lights

the arches are a comparable width as sports packs (i think), and can be found at abs motorsport (but i keep getting security warnings on that page)

A selection of pics - I

6 by tens would work with the right offset, what brakes do you have? If you have later type disc brakes then 10's aren't really an option unless you have a fair bit to spend on fitting Cooper S 7.5 discs. Have you considered 12's? they sell the Mambas in 6/12, stunning looking wheel.

Yeah i would need to drop to the 7.5 discs.

10 inch tyres are much cheaper than the comparable 13 inch, so i thought i might earn the money for the brakes there (in 8 years or so  )

never thought about 12s really, saying that, i had a set of 12X5.5 a year ago running snow tyres and the car was totally transformed!

Many Thanks - I used all my "free" zooms before i saw the spec list of that car! Are wheels the potenzas?

They tyres look awfully stretched, maybe the wheels are 7 inches wide?

I wonder if 7 inch wide tens share some of the negative attributes as wide 13s?

Cheers for that!

And nice another silverbullet!

Wheels look like some sort of force racing split rims (probably 7 wide?)
