whats the best way to attach to mini rio 1993 engine, also which bolts should i use

simple i know but just want to make sure i attach it properly

I find a table work bench is perfectly adequate........ Can't see the point of a 'stand' ??

I bought the engine stand in advanced being organised. kind of regret it now but dont have the bench space either so will have a look into adaptor
